Water weight is from water in your diet. It's about 10ibs. You loose it by exercise. Mainly from cardio and from the sweating it out.

If you loose it, you are unhealthy because you will be dehydrated thats why fighters loose it, for weigh ins, but then gain it back immediately for the fight the next day. Basically if you are in good shape but want to get lighter, you might have to accept your natural bone structure, and weight, if not you will loose muscle. Hey check out the future
