Westmoreland State Park has released its schedule for four river kayaking trips this summer.

Fossils and the Eagles kayak trip participants will be below the cliffs of Horsehead to watch bald eagles flying and fishing.

Participants can stretch their legs on the beach and fossil sieves used to search for articles in the past, taking home what they find.

The total distance paddling of the trip is about 2 miles. Participants should wear wide-brimmed hat, water shoes or sandals and sunglasses with a strap.

Also bring sunscreen, water, waterproof binoculars or a camera and a bag of dry a boater is necessary because the participants are expected to get wet.
