When my kids are at the playground, I'm usually the only parent making a spectacle of herself. I do push-ups and lunges. I hang on monkey bars and try to pull me up. I squat or times, lower my butt until it hits the bench and then get up.

Just Dance 2, best game.
Wii fit + is probably one of the best games out there for keeping your fitness up, the obstical course and the skateboarding are some of my favorites, before you realize it your sore and tired from all the fun youve had.
