Perhaps in recognition of baseball season, Southwest Washington PubTalk is tossing a change-up to its usual format this month with a “hot mic” that gives five people a chance to deliver 90-second pitches about their companies and products.
The June PubTalk, scheduled from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, should offer an element of surprise. A drawing will determine which 5 people get to make a pitch.
“We haven’t done this before,” said event coordinator Maria Swanson. “We felt would be interesting for participants to say something relevant about their businesses in 90 seconds.

Use the belt, I had to aqua jog the entire track season last year. It suck I know but its safe. Honestly I don't know the difference between using or not using the belt, except not is easier. The most important thing to remember is to keep your for as similar to how it would be on land as possible. You want to work the muscles in exactly the same
Absolutely no problem going without a belt.
With a belt you would definitely be able to continue aqua running for a longer time...it's personal choice. I never use one. But I never ran more than 15 mins...repeated x 3.
If you can keep your head above the water then you don't need a belt.
Without the belt you are working harder than with a belt.
Deep water running is very good for rehab and for one of your daily workouts if you are doing two a days.
