PILATES FOR ATHLETES
Embody Fitness is offering a Pilates class geared for high school/college athletes. This class will help strengthen athletes’ core muscles and improve flexibility. The class will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays, beginning July 6, at 9:45 a.m. Class size is limited to six. For more information or to sign up, call 281-312-1227. INTRODUCTORY PILATES REFORMEREmbody Fitness Center is holding an introductory Pilates Reformer program in July. This will enable participants who want to try Pilates but would rather have a group setting to join others at their level. The class will be held every Monday and Wednesday, beginning July 6, from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Geared at a novice level, this class will teach core Pilates principles, increasing one’s balance, strength and flexibility.
