Old gas engines and tractors, many rescued from the scrap heap, will be chugging away today at the 23rd annual Antique Gas Engine and Tractor Show, held on the grounds of the Crawford County Historical Museum, 651 S. Highway 69, Pittsburg.

Some of them, he said, collect some pretty rare and unusual things. For example, in addition to gas engines, he also collects machinists’ calipers, hog oilers and butter churns.
