SEASPRAY Rec Club is taking fitness to the next level, with world-class trainer Lyndon Anlezark taking the helm of the gym and the resort’s activities program.

Lyndon trained his Olympian brother Justin for shotput in the lead-up to the Olympic Games in Beijing and has also worked with a number of athletes at national and international levels.

Lyndon said he was excited to be part of Seaspray’s team and looked forward to increasing the extensive variety of fitness classes and activities available.

“The Seaspray Rec Club is a world-class facility – the quality of equipment on offer is on par with what I have used to train athletes at the highest level, but at the same time it’s user friendly,” he said.
