It's not rocket science, but...

A NASA report in The American Physiological Society included a study demonstrating that for similar levels of heart rate and oxygen consumption, you're getting a better workout by jumping on a trampoline than by running. This is due to acceleration/deceleration forces of the trampoline-like jumping motion. The study gets into G-force and beyond, but suffice it to say, it's good news for those wishing they could run but their body is pleading with them not to because of some previous injury.

As we all may have known, there are a lot of sport and exercise types which are recommended to improve our health and to keep our body stay fit. Depends on your exercise purpose, specific target or goal, and available time for exercise, we can safely conclude that each person may need different kind of exercise and at the same time also different equipments to perform. Rebounding is one of the most popular forms of exercise which I also have been doing for the last four months. Instead of keep active by walking or jogging around the neighborhood, exercising with needak rebounder is often more effective for me as it is practical to do whenever I have time at home. What I also love from Needak rebounder is that I can take it along with me whenever I have to go travel by putting it inside my carrying case.
