Aqua Fitness Belts

Summer is finally here and the 2011 W.A.C. season has begun! We have an exciting summer ahead with a brand new spray park, 22 fully qualified and friendly staff, and expanded green space for lounging by the pool.

If you missed swimming lessons registration, you can still stop by the pool to register. We have two enhanced one week sessions for extra convenience in planning summer vacations as well as four two week sessions available.

Lesson prices are as follows:

Preschool and Level 1-4 - $60.00

Level 5-8 - $65.00

Level 9+10 - $70.

The Speedo® Aqua Fitness barbell and belt combo utilizes chlorine-resistant EVA foam to provide you with a low-impact workout in the water. The webbed, mesh belt offers support and stability and has removable foam pieces for adjustable buoyancy. The barbells provide flotation support, while helping to build upper body strength and they have soft, padded grips for extended workouts. I am in a deep water aerobics class where we need the aqua belts. There are several here to use but I wanted my own. After talking to a lady who owns one like this I decided it was the one for me. I know you will like it as much as I do. It is a lot less bulkythen the ones they have here for us to use.
